Here’s the thing. I did not like studying advertising. Everything was about big ad agencies with layers of management and corporate budgets of millions of dollars. My empathetic heart went “HARD NO” and ended up in nutrition.
After years of recipe development, product promotion, and writing wellness articles, I realized the marketing space was where I belonged (who would have thought?).
And here we are – from nutrition blogger to freelance social media manager, to agency owner, my passion is definitely in helping small and scaling businesses thrive in the digital space.

Okay, but were Ross and Rachel really on a break? Meet Gaby (with one ‘b’), a “Friends” fanatic, TikTok lover, travelling junkie, and SWCO’s Senior Account Manager. With a background in beauty + wellness marketing and management, she loves waking up every day with the ability to help brands elevate their online presence through creative and strategic marketing solutions. If you ever want to talk about all things social media, marketing (or need to practice your Spanish speaking skills), she’s your gal!

Vidya Tasa-Chala
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (she/her)
Vidya is a creative misfit with an eye for design who loves storytelling through social media. Her background is in the FemTech and wellness spaces and supporting female entrepreneurs through branding and social marketing is her passion. She’s also a birth doula, yoga teacher, and dog mom to Cleo the chihuahua. You can find her between Toronto, Mexico City, or Barcelona, always with a cup of chai in hand.

Vidya offers a creative approach to content creation, social media marketing and influencer management. Currently, she’s working with a handful of the wellness brands we manage, and her experience in the world always provides a unique perspective and approach to creative concepts and social media ideas.
Jocelyn Clarke
GRAPHIC DESIGNER (she/her)
Jocelyn is a design junkie, a lover of all things food and wine and SWCO’s Graphic Designer. She has a passion for bringing brands to life & make them unforgettable through beautiful and thoughtful designs. Her love affair with design began while pursuing a marketing degree, and she now uses both her marketing background as well as her design skills to help brands express themselves in the most authentic way possible. Her favourite things include Pinterest (obsessed), Frasurbane & Minimal Vintage graphic designs, Modern Organic interior design, travel, yoga, and baking!

Meet Emma, an Ottawa-based content creator who loves to post about local tourism, travel, and general wellness on her personal social accounts. Since 2020, she’s made it her mission to uncover all the top social media marketing secrets to help small businesses stand out online. She’s thrilled to be the latest Social Media Manager to join the SWCO team! CONTENT CREATOR & BRANDING & DESIGNÂ (she/her)
Liv is a mom to a one-eyed dog named Otis, and a two-eyed cat named Peach, and if you couldn’t already tell, she has made them her entire personality. When she not creating designs for social media she is doing every other possibly creative hobby there is; being the youngest in her family apparently all of the athletic genes ran out by the time she was born.
She draws, crafts, dances, is a proud musical theatre nerd, and also has a side gig as a backup singer for two tribute bands (anyone a Bob Seger or Rolling Stones fan?). When she’s not singing on the road you can catch her singing “Valerie” at your local karaoke bar and open mic nights as it is the only song she knows all the words to.
